What is a Dentist Anesthesiologist?
A dental anesthesiologist is a dentist who has undertaken a post-doctoral residency in anesthesiology right after finishing four years at an accredited dental school. The post-doctoral residency comprises a minimum of 2 years of medical based anesthesiology experience which consists of providing anesthesia in operating rooms as well as performing anesthesiology in outpatient procedures.
Dental Anesthesiology helps patient who are uncomfortable during dental procedures, to be comfortable and calm when undergoing the procedures they need to have performed.
